Phone appGetting started

Your first shift

Sign in, pick your workspace, and clear your first Inbox item.

You need an account before you start. Accounts come from an invite, so if you have not had one, ask whoever runs your workspace.

The app opens on Welcome back. Type the email your invite went to and your password, then tap Log in. Leave Remember me on if this is your own phone.

Forgotten it? Tap Forgot password? and we send a reset link to that address.

Choose a company

If your account belongs to more than one company, you get Select a company to continue next. Pick the one you are working in.

With only one, the app selects it for you and goes straight in.

You can change it later in Settings under Workspace. See Choose your company.

Land on the Inbox

The app opens on the Inbox, the middle tab, with the All chip active. That shows every call and text thread for your venue, calls and texts together, newest first. An item still waiting on a person is marked with a dot; tap Needs you to see only those.

Under the title, a line reads {venue} · {count} need you, and a search field sits under that. Below it, four chips: All, Needs you, Calls, Texts.

Each row carries an avatar, a name or number, a preview line, and a badge: Needs human, Resolved, Sadie or A colleague. Tap a row to open it.

See What lands in the Inbox and Filter the inbox.

Open a call

Tap a call row for its full record: the caller's name and call-back number at the top, then cards for the facts (status, type, duration, call ID), the recording, Sadie's summary, a linked order when there is one, the transcript, and your feedback (Satisfied or Unsatisfied).

Tap More at the top right to move the call to another state or assign it to a teammate. See A call.

Open a text thread

Tap a text row instead to read the conversation, grouped by day. Sadie's internal notes to you show as a dashed block marked Sadie needs you, never as a message the contact saw. While Sadie still owns the thread, a locked bar at the bottom offers Take over. See A text thread.

Close out a form response

A form response does not sit in the Inbox with your calls and texts. It reaches you as a push notification, and as a row in the notification center behind the bell. Tap it to read its answers, see whether it was delivered, leave a note for the team, and change its state from the chip near the top. The bar pinned to the bottom holds a call-back action and Mark reviewed, which reads Reopen once the item is already done. See Act on a form response.

Decide what buzzes your phone

Open Settings, the last tab, and tap Notifications.

Push notifications is one switch for the lot. Quiet hours stops the buzzing between the times you set, read in the venue's local time, and anything urgent still comes through. Under what to be told about, turn off the kinds you do not want.

Where to go next

Take a look at The Overview on the Home tab for how your venue's calls and bookings are doing, and Your settings for the rest of what lives on the last tab. Worth a look after an update: What's New, which says what moved.
