Sign in
Enter your email and password, and land on the Inbox.
Signing in takes a few seconds and puts you on the Inbox, which is the screen you will use most. Your account is created for you, so there is nothing to set up on the phone first.
Before you start
You need an account in Sadie Resto. The app has no way to create one. If you do not have an account yet, ask an administrator to invite you.
Sign in
Open the app. The screen says Welcome back, with Sign in to continue. underneath.
Type your work email into Email.
Type your password into Password. Tap the eye at the end of the field to check what you typed.
Leave Remember me switched on if this is your own phone. It is already on when the screen opens.
Tap Log in. The button reads Signing in... while it works.
Once the password is accepted the screen says Preparing your workspace... for a moment. If you belong to one company you go straight to the Inbox. If you belong to more than one, you pick one first. See Choose your company.
The app remembers the last email you signed in with, so next time the field is already filled and the keyboard starts on the password.
When sign in fails
The message under the fields tells you which problem you have.

| Incorrect email or password. | Check the email, then retype the password. |
| Open the email and verify your account to continue. | Find the verification email and open its link, then come back. |
| Too many attempts. Please wait a moment and try again. | Wait a minute, then try once. |
| Something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a moment. | Nothing is wrong with your account. Try again shortly. |
| Can't reach the server. Check your internet connection and try again. | The phone has no working connection to Sadie. Check your signal or Wi-Fi. |
| We couldn't sign you in. Please try again. | Try once more. If it keeps happening, ask an administrator to check your account. |
