Sadie Resto help
Guides for Sadie Resto on your phone and on the web, from your first sign-in to the calls that still need a person.
Sadie answers your venue's phone. Sadie Resto is where you see what she handled, deal with the few calls that still need a person, and check how the line is doing. You can use it two ways: the phone app for the shift, and the web portal on a computer for everything else.
Each guide names what you tap or click and what you will see.
The web portal
The web portal is the same account in a browser, with more room. It carries the Inbox and the numbers, plus the pages you use to run the business: your forms, your guest list, your team, and how Sadie answers the phone. Get around the web portal shows where everything is.
| Page | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Home | Bookings, calls, labour hours saved and estimated revenue for the dates you pick. |
| Inbox | Conversations and calls that need a reply, with notes and the guest's profile beside them. |
| Forms | The forms your location collects. Each response reaches you as a conversation in the Inbox. |
| Schedulers | Working hours, pauses, and the other timed windows for one location, on one calendar. |
| Guests | Everyone who has called or booked, with their tags and call history. |
| Knowledge Base | What Sadie can reference on a call: documents, business knowledge, and common questions. |
| Special Messages | Short custom instructions for Sadie to use during calls. |
| Settings | Your profile, your organization, your team, your locations, and Sadie herself. Settings covers each page. |
The phone app
The phone app is for whoever is on shift, phone in one hand. Your first shift covers signing in, choosing your venue, and working through your first item. It takes about five minutes.
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Home | The numbers. Bookings, calls, minutes used and revenue, in three views, for the venue you have selected. |
| Inbox | The work. Every call and text thread in one list, with the ones still waiting on a person rising to the top. |
| Settings | Your account, your workspace, your team and guests, and how the app looks. |
Home and the Inbox both carry the venue button and a bell at the top. Tap the venue button to switch venue or to watch All venues at once. The bell opens your notifications. There is no gear icon; Settings is its own tab.
What reaches the Inbox
An item lands there because Sadie could not finish it alone: a booking with no table free, a transfer nobody picked up, a guest who called after hours, an event enquiry, or a text thread that needs a reply. Each one says what it needs in plain words, so you know what it needs before you open it.
