No notifications are arriving
Seven things to check, in the order worth checking them.
Work is landing in the Inbox but your phone stays quiet. Work down this list; the first two catch most cases.
Check the phone's own permission. Open your phone's settings, find Sadie Resto, and make sure notifications are allowed. If you tapped no when the app first asked, this is where you say yes.
Check the master switch. In the app, open Settings. The Notifications row reads Push on or Push off. If it says Push off, tap it and turn Push notifications on. See Notification settings.
Check quiet hours. Still on that screen, look at Quiet hours. The window is read in the venue's local time, not your phone's, so a window that looks like the middle of the night may be the middle of your afternoon.
Check the kind. Under What to be told about there is a switch per kind of item. If the kind you are waiting on is off, turn it on.
Look for the line saying it is off for everyone. A row reading Not sent for this workspace right now is switched off for your whole company. Your switch cannot bring it back. Ask an administrator.
Check you are in the right workspace. Notifications follow the company you are signed in to. Open Settings and read the Workspace row. See Choose your company.
Sign in again. Signing out stops notifications reaching that phone by design. If somebody signed out on this handset, sign back in.
A simulator never receives them
Push notifications need a real phone. If you are looking at the app on a simulator, nothing will arrive and nothing is wrong.
They arrive, but tapping opens the wrong screen

Nothing shows in the notification center either
Open the bell and see whether the list is filling up. If it is, the app is being told and only the buzz is missing, which is one of the switches above. If the list says You're all caught up, nothing has been sent yet. See The notification center.
