The Lock Screen monitor
The live card on your iPhone Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
On iPhone, Sadie Resto keeps a live card on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while you are signed in. It is a glance at how much work is waiting, without unlocking the phone.
You do not switch it on. It is there while you are signed in, and it ends when you switch workspace or sign out.
What the card shows
The header is your company's name and its short name, and on the right the count of items that came in during the last 24 hours, written as a number followed by in 24h.
Under it, four numbers.

| Unassigned | Open items with nobody's name on them. |
| Critical | Open items that need acting on now. |
Unassigned turns amber and Critical turns red only when they are above zero, so a quiet inbox stays quiet.
At the bottom, the item that has been waiting longest, written as Oldest: then its name and the time it came in.
These numbers are the whole company
The card does not follow the venue you picked in the app. It counts every venue in the company you are signed in to. The Inbox list is the one that follows your venue choice. See What changes per venue.
The alert band
When something is wrong enough to say out loud, a colored band appears at the bottom of the card.

The red band wins when both are true.
In the Dynamic Island
On a phone with a Dynamic Island, the same information is folded down to fit.
- Small: the number of new items on one side. On the other, the number of open items, or an amber warning triangle and the unassigned count when the alert band is up.
- Very small, when another app is sharing the island: the number of new items, or the warning triangle if the alert band is up.
- Held open: the four numbers, the company name, the 24 hour count, the oldest item and the band, the same as the Lock Screen card.
Times on the card
Every time on the card is your workspace's time, not your phone's. The oldest item's time is the time it came in where it happened.
If the numbers look frozen
The card is updated by the server. If the phone has been out of signal, the numbers are as fresh as the last update that reached it, and iOS eventually grays the card out. Open the app to see the live picture.
What it does not do
The card is a readout. You cannot resolve, assign or call back from it. Open the app for that. See Act on a form response.
