Recommendations
What Sadie noticed from recent calls, and the two changes you can apply from your phone.
Recommendations are suggestions Sadie draws from recent calls and her own setup for the venue you have selected.
The Overview banner is the only way in
There is no tab or menu entry for Recommendations. It opens only from the banner on The Overview, and that banner only appears when there is something to review.
Opening the queue
When Sadie has recommendations, a banner appears on the Overview with a count and how many are high impact, and a Review button. Tap it to open the queue.
The queue's title names the venue, then when it was last checked. When at least one item is high impact, two filter chips appear: All and High impact, each with a count.
One card
Each card shows a title, an impact pill when Sadie set one, and what Sadie noticed. Underneath, one of two footers:
- Review action, for the two kinds of change you can apply directly (adding an answer, or updating one) when you have admin access. Tapping it opens the apply screen.
- Suggested change, as plain text, for every other kind. These describe what Sadie would do; there is nothing to tap.
Applying a change
The two live apply screens both work the same way:
The question or setting the recommendation is about, and Sadie's drafted answer, marked Sadie drafted this. Edit it before you add it.
Edit the draft if you want to, then submit. A note above the button says this changes what Sadie says on calls, from the next call onward.
Dismiss sits on the same screen, with no confirmation step. Either action removes the card from the queue.
Updating an answer also shows the current answer and when it was last set. If Sadie's suggested question no longer matches one of your answers exactly, the screen says so and still offers Dismiss.
Nothing to review
When the queue is empty, the screen says Nothing to review right now.
Most suggestions are read only, for now
Only adding an answer and updating an answer can be applied from this screen today. Every other kind of recommendation shows Sadie's suggested change as text, with nothing to tap.
