Your venue's calls, on your phone
The first release: an inbox of the calls that still need a person, the full call record, and the numbers behind them.
Sadie has been answering the phone. This is the first release of the app where you see what she did with it.
An inbox of what needs a person
The Inbox opens on Needs action, so the calls Sadie could not finish alone come first: a booking with no table free, a transfer nobody picked up, a guest who called after hours, an event enquiry. Each row carries the next step in one line.
Press and hold a row for the summary plus Call back, Resolve, Assign to and Dismiss, without leaving the list. Tap it instead to get the recording, the summary and the full transcript.
The full call record
Calls is the same list without the triage: every call Sadie took, including the ones that raised nothing. It is where you go for a booking to double-check or a question somebody asked.
The numbers
Stats covers today, 7, 30 or 90 days: calls answered, bookings placed, minutes used, estimated booking value, and what people called about. Tap a topic and the Inbox opens filtered to it.
More than one venue
The venue name in the header switches venue, or shows All venues at once, and each one carries its own needs-action count.
Notifications you can live with
Turn push off with one switch, set Quiet hours in the venue's local time, or switch off the kinds you do not want to hear about. Anything marked Act now still comes through.
